Christmas Jumper Day a Great Success

On Friday 12th December, pupils replaced their blazers, blouses and ties for a Christmas jumper in aid of Save the Children.

This is the second year the school have supported the charity after the sixth form initiated the fund raising event in 2013.

This year all pupils' and staff across the school had the opportunity to be involved, and there were some very impressive festive jumpers on display. In total the school raised £764.58, which again reflects the generosity of pupils, parents and staff.

The money raised was sent to Save the Children where it will prove to be a great help in saving childrens’ lives across the world, paying for potentially lifesaving treatment.
