Sixth Form Success

A-level scores remain high at The Broxbourne School.  This year, our average points score per entry of 38.2 points,  has ensured that many of our students have the grades to enter highly competitive universities and courses such as Oxbridge, Medicine, high level apprenticeships, or to enter employment with training and excellent prospects.  What is particularly pleasing is that 69% of A-level grades were at A*, A or B and 91% were above a C grade.

Students with an impressive array of A grades include:

Hannah Booth  who achieved 2A* grades and one A grade. Hannah will be reading Medicine at Nottingham.

Ellis Chivers who achieved 2A* grades and one A grade. Ellis will be undertaking a degree apprenticeship in Leadership and Management at the BBC.

Marsha Clark who achieved one A* grade and two A grades. Marsha will be going into employment.

Isabella Davies who achieved one A* grade and two A grades. Isabella will be reading Biomedical Science at Lancaster.

Canan Djouma who achieved 3 A grades. Canan will be reading Economics and Management at Kings College London.

Enzo Giardina who achieved 3 A grades. Enzo will be reading Biochemistry at University College London.

Mehmet Hazirci who achieved 3 A grades. Mehmet will be taking a gap year.

Charly Lane who achieved 3 A grades.  Charly will be reading Philosophy at University College London.

Emily Millward who achieved 3 A* grades. Emily will be reading English Literature and Philosophy at Cardiff.

Marissa Petrou who achieved 3 A grades. Marissa will be reading Biochemistry at York.

Charlotte Quant who achieve 4 A* grades and one A grade. Charlotte will be reading Mathematics and Philosophy at Bristol.

Nicholas Root who achieved 2 A* grades and one A grade. Nicholas will be reading Medical Sciences at Leeds.

Sam Sheridan who achieved 3 A grades. Sam will be reading Music at Bristol.

Rebecca Stoklund-Lee who achieved one A* grade and 2 A grades. Rebecca will be reading Psychological and Behaviour Sciences at Cambridge.

Nicholas Trew who achieved 3 A grades. Nicholas will be reading History at York.

Holly Walker who achieved one A* grade and 2 A grades. Holly will be reading Chemistry at York.

Ben Weald who achieved one A* grade and 2 A grades. Ben will be reading Political Economy at Kings College London.
