Pupils from Years 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12 enjoyed some fantastic weather in the Austrian Tyrol over half term on the annual Broxbourne Ski Trip.

Students set off with some trepidation for a long journey on the coach to Austria, but were rewarded with some fabulous sunshine on almost every day on the trip to Kals-Matrei resort in the Austrian Tyrol.

Pupils spent each day in ski school with specialist instructors, learning to snow plough and even to parallel turn as part of their lessons.  The snow conditions were excellent at the top of the mountain despite the green of the valley below.  Despite an exhausting day on the slopes, each evening the pupils managed to summon the energy to do quizzes, enjoy a games night and even to go bowling.

Letters for the Ski 2016 trip will be available outside Mr Harvey's office this week.
