Year 8 Geography Trip
Students brave the elements to collect data
Year 8 Geography students braved the rain when they travelled to Hertford to study the River Beane. They were investigating whether the Beane has a “textbook meander”, and carrying out fieldwork to assess river pollution.
Trip leader, Ms Ingham (Head of Geography) said ”The weather was very wet, which dampened a few spirits, but everyone came away with the relevant data which will be used in their levelled activities.”
