England Call up

International debut for Grace Neville

Talented Year 10 pupil Grace Neville recently reached the pinnacle of her sport, making her international debut in a double header at Warwick University. Grace excels in an array of sports, but it is in her favoured sport of football where she has been rewarded with two England caps.

The Arsenal Ladies U15 club captain has been part of the England squad for the past two years. Grace trains with the England squad during school holidays and regularly attends Elite Performance Camps. Intense schedules and expert coaching has facilitated Grace’s rapid development in the sport.

For her first cap, Grace played right back for the last 25 minutes of the game; final score England 1 – 1 Holland. In the second game Grace was in the starting line up; wearing the number three shirt she played left back for 77 minutes; final score England 1 – 3 Holland.

Grace will move up to the U17 age group in the forthcoming season, where she will be one of the younger players in the England squad. Such an amazing achievement is extremely fitting for such a talented pupil excelling in both her academic studies and sport.
