New York, New York
Sixth Form Trip
Over 90 students from Year 12 and 13 enjoyed a fantastic trip to New York during February half term. The action packed few days involved an evening trip to Times Square as well as an opportunity to visit the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. The students created an extremely positive atmosphere on the trip, embracing the American culture and dabbling in a little bit of shopping. In addition, students visited the 9/11 memorial, spent a few hours in the 9/11 museum and finished the day with a trip to the top of the Empire State Building. Students enjoyed some free time on the last day as well at the option to visit Brooklyn Bridge and Central Park.
Both staff and students had a brilliant time and look forward to the next one!
