Chef Of The Year
This week the food department held the Broxbourne School Chef of the Year competition. Entrants had to plan a two course meal for four people within a £25 budget. The three finalists were chosen from ten entries, and were Jamie Edwards, Tilly Sharpe and Ella Wright.
They spent the afternoon cooking and presenting their two course meal and we had the tough job of tasting and choosing the winner.
Congratulations to Tilly Sharpe, who will now represent the school at the regional Young Chef of the Year competition on Monday 18th March.
