Young Chef Of The Year

Rotary Club

On Monday the Rotary Club for Hertfordshire held its annual Young Chef of the Year competition at Hertford Regional College. 

Tilly Sharpe represented the school.  She made lamb chops with hasselback potatoes and ratatouille followed by a choux bun with a caramel sauce and fresh fruit.

Tilly came second overall, well done to Tilly!
