Broxbourne School fielded two teams at the annual district netball tournament. Both teams competed in a round robin style competition at Wormley netball courts with fourteen teams entering the competition.
The A team dominated the competition with delightful free flowing netball from start to finish. Goffs and Presdales offered the greatest challenges of the evening; they were the only two teams in the competition that managed to break through the outstanding defence of Ruby Hicks and Rebecca O’Selle Goncalves to score 8 goals across the two matches. Shooters, Sadie Clemence and Isobel Cecil-Smith netted 44 goals between them to give the team significant advantage.
- Broxbourne 6 – 3 Goffs

- Broxbourne 10 – 0 John Warner
