Sixth Form Success

A-level scores remain high at The Broxbourne School.  This year, our average points score per entry of 38 points, has ensured that many of our students have the grades to enter highly competitive universities and courses such as Oxbridge, Medicine, high level apprenticeships, or to enter employment with training and excellent prospects.  What is particularly pleasing is that 65% of A-level grades were at A*, A or B and 88% were above a C grade.

Students with an impressive array of A grades include:

Feyishayo Adesuyi who achieved 3 A grades.  Feyishayo will be reading Psychology at Warwick.

Holly Amos who achieved one A* grade and 2 A grades.  Holly will be attending Northern School of Contemporary Dance.

Kaylan Ciyiltepe who achieved on A* grade and 2 A grades.  Kaylan will be reading Chemical Engineering at Loughborough.

Liam Connolly who achieved 2 A* grades and 2 A grades.  Liam will be reading Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford.

Yigit Copuroglu who achieved 2 A* grades and 2 A grades.  Yigit will be reading Economics at Cambridge.

Angelus Cyrus who achieved one A* grade and 2 A grades.  Angelus will be reading Medicine at Keele.

Yasemin Durmus who achieved one A* grade and 2 A grades.  Yasemin will be reading Medicine at Leeds.

Ellisia Giardina who achieved one A* grade and 2 A grades.  Ellisia will be reading Economics and Management at King’s College London.

Olivia Gleitzman who achieved one A grade and 2 B grades.  Olivia will be reading Medicine at King’s College London.

Kerim Hassan who achieved 2 A* grades, one A grade and one B grade.  Kerim will be reading Economics at University College London.

Jakub Jurkowski who achieved 3 A grades.  Jakub will be reading English at King’s College London.

Abbie McDonald who achieved one A* grade and 2 A grades.  Abbie will be reading Law at Queen Mary University of London.

Bailey Mcilhargey who achieved one A* grade and 3 A grades.  Bailey will be reading Computer Science at Southampton.

Alara Norton who achieved one A* grade and 2 A grades.  Alara will be reading Dentistry at Kings College London. 

Omsin Srimudkul who achieved one A* grade and 2 A grades.  Omsin will be reading Medicine at East Anglia.

Amy Swift who achieved 3 A grades.  Amy will be reading Dance and Musical Theatre at Performers College

James Tam who achieved one A* grade, 2 A grades and one B grade.  James will be reading Computer Science at Warwick.

James Thompson who achieved one A* grade and 3 A grades.  James will be reading Mathematics at Warwick.
