As Year 11 and 13 exams approach, we wanted to share some useful wellbeing resources that parents and pupils can access to support them through this time.  Pupils have had support in school to help them manage the stress that naturally occurs with the pressure of exams, but there is also a range of advice and guidance for pupils and parents to help alleviate or lessen the anxiety they have about sitting exams, including

The Sandbox is for Children and Young People who want additional support for their mental health.  Everything on The Sandbox website can be accessed without registering. If your child needs additional support, there is a self-referral assessment where they can access NHS funded therapy. They also have some excellent resources and activities around exam stress.
