Paula Humphreys, Headteacher said, “I would like to congratulate all our students. After two difficult years, we are delighted with the excellent results our students have achieved which will enable many of our students to embark on competitive courses at top universities and prestigious high level apprenticeships. These results reflect their hard work over the past two years, achieved with great support from parents and outstanding teaching.”

Rhea Bhandari
Rhea received grades of A*, A* and A in Economics, History and Mathematics respectively. She will now be embarking on a degree in Economics at the University of Loughborough. Rhea said “I am very relieved and very happy with my results!”
Jude Browning
Jude received an outstanding three A* grades in Economics, Geography and History. He will now take up a place at Churchill College, Cambridge to read Geography. Jude said “The level of support I have received at Broxbourne has been incredible. I am very proud to now be the first in family to go off to university.”
Holly Doyle
Holly received results of A, A and B in Business Studies, Sociology and English Literature. She will now be going on to complete a degree apprenticeship at the BBC. Holly said “I would like to give an enormous thank you to the school for all they have done for me. I am really looking forward to my next steps now!”
Antonia Martino
Antonia achieved a clean sweep of A* grades in Maths, Further Maths, Biology and Chemistry. These outstanding grades will allow her to take up a place at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge to read Medicine. Antonia said “I’d like to thank my parents and all my teachers for all the support they have given me over my time at Broxbourne. I couldn’t have done it without them”.
Megan Quayle
Megan achieved grades of A*, A and B in Psychology, Biology and English Literature. She is now able to take up a degree apprenticeship with Stevenage-based pharmaceutical giants GSK. Megan said “I am delighted to receive my results. It means now I can really look forward to starting my apprenticeship in September”.
Noah Tucker
Noah achieved a clean sweep of A* grades in History, Mathematics and Economics.
He will now be reading History at Durham University. Noah said “I am relieved to have done so well after what has been a pretty chaotic couple of years. My teachers have done a great job in keeping things going in what have been very difficult circumstances and my family have also been incredibly supportive. I feel for those students for whom the last couple of years have had even more of an impact”.
Jack Winterton
Jack received grades of A*, A* and A in Economics, Geography and Mathematics. He will now be taking up an apprenticeship with city-based real estate firm Montague Evans. Jack said, “I am delighted to receive my results – they are even better than I thought they would be! I would like to give a big thank you to all my family and teachers for all the support they have given me.”
